Terms & Conditions


Payment Terms
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Advance payment is requested if not paying by credit card. If paying by check, we will accept only money orders or a bank cashier's check. No C.O.D.'s or personal or company checks will be accepted.

Shipping Policy

  • UPS is used whenever possible. UPS rates will be calculated at the DCP storefront checkout. A $5.00 handling fee per order will also be applied.
  • Truckload shipments by freight will be quoted by DCP. You will be notified of the cost prior to final placement of your order.
  • Most items in stock will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order, or on the next business day.
Sales Tax
A state-required tax will be added to orders for all Ohio, Indiana or Kentucky customers not furnishing a completed and signed tax exemption form. The form may be faxed or mailed to us (see contact information below).

Returns
  • Stock items may be returned for credit less a 20% restocking fee plus any shipping or freight fees associated with the order.
  • Only full cases and bundles in resalable condition may be returned for credit. The customer must obtain Return Authorization before returning product. Please contact our Customer Service department to obtain your RMA number.
  • Custom items may not be returned for credit, unless there is a DCP defect.
